The nature and scope of projects at TechnoGroup demand that the logistics for materials and components be precise and correct. Components are sourced domestically and internationally and are then shipped to one of the global assembly locations for initial install and testing. The scheduling, preparation, and on-site organization is crucial to each TechnoGroup project, as some projects can have as many as 40 technicians and engineers. Timely purchasing and delivery of the thousands of components and parts of audio, video, and lighting systems is a major key to success.  Over the last 20 years TechnoGroup has worked hard to be autonomous with our partners and the shipyards, ports, and buildings they occupy, tracking and sharing all aspects of each project, and sending technicians for regular maintenance or emergency repairs when necessary.
